How do I return an item?
We want everyone to be happy with our products. If you have a problem we want to solve it. If it is related to e-cigs we might stand a better chance of solving it, but let us know either way! Our goal is total satisfaction. We do not want anyone to hesitate to try this fabulous product out of fear of not liking it, or not liking the flavor they chose.
Simply contact us within thirty days of the arrival date of your order and we will make it right. If you do not like a flavor, we will replace it or refund it. If you have a problem with the equipment tell us and we will fix it. This is our promise to you.
